We became serious about Italy in 1972, when the Pearson family started their villa rental agency.  Over the years we have sold many properties to clients who rented from us and eventually decided that they wanted something more permenant. 

As the demand for buying property in Italy has continued to grow we have formed 'Villas Italia Ltd.'

We have a close working relationship with local lawyers, accountants, banks, notaries, surveyors and estate agents...many of whom we have worked with for over 30 years.  The wealth of experience and knowledge between these colleagues and ourselves is unrivalled and ensures a high level of expertise and service from 'Villas Italia'.
